When you create an account or sign in with Google, we collect your email address, display name (where available), and — for email/password accounts — a hashed form of your password. We never store your password in plaintext.
For each ad served to you we record: the event type (ad viewed, code entered, credits awarded), the ad and campaign identifiers, a timestamp, and a per-event deduplication ID. This data is used solely to credit your account accurately and to detect fraudulent activity.
We process your IP address on a transient basis for rate-limiting, abuse detection, and fraud prevention. We do not sell or share IP data with advertisers.
We record each game session — wager amount, outcome, and timestamp — to maintain your USD Balance ledger, detect abuse, and resolve disputes.
If you purchase advertising inventory, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We receive and store only the last four digits of the card, billing postal code, and Stripe's transaction identifiers for reconciliation purposes.
We do not use your personal data to train AI or machine-learning models, for advertising retargeting, or for any purpose not described above.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
Stripe
Payment processing for advertiser purchases. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
MongoDB Atlas
Primary database storage. Data is stored in MongoDB's US-region cloud infrastructure.
Vercel
Website hosting and serverless function execution.
Resend
Transactional email delivery (password resets, account notices).
Pusher
Real-time features such as live leaderboard updates.
Advertisers
Only aggregate, anonymised impression and click counts — never personal identifiers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of MineroBux, our users, or the public.
MineroBux uses session cookies and JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) to keep you signed in across page loads. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Browser local storage may be used to persist UI preferences (such as game settings) entirely on your device.
Account data is retained while your account is active, and for up to seven (7) years after termination or last activity where needed for fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, and legal compliance. Ad view logs older than 12 months are aggregated and personal identifiers are removed.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@minerobux.com. Upon a verified request, personal identifiers are removed or anonymized within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized records and financial records required by law may be retained after deletion.
MineroBux is available to users aged 13 and over in compliance with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact support@minerobux.com and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS for all traffic), bcrypt password hashing, and access controls limiting which internal systems and personnel can access user data. No method of electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents and residents of other US states with applicable privacy laws may also have additional rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@minerobux.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Our website may contain links to third-party services such as Roblox. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email where practicable and noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
